Hunters with Disabilities
Patuxent Research Refuge provides hunters with disabilities access to designated areas to hunt from vehicles. There are also deer and turkey lottery hunts for disabled hunters. See the hunting regulations for specific requirements and rules for disabled hunters.
Hunters with disabilities are required to provide written verification of disability at the time of entry into the lottery - Patuxent Research Refuge Disability Certification Form (pdf).
To hunt from vehicles, deer hunters must posses a Maryland DNR issued “Universal Disability Pass." https://dnr.maryland.gov/publiclands/pages/udpfaq.aspx

While driving on South Road, look for the orange/red stakes just off the side of the road. Just past this stake, you'll see a small open area.
